ESET Wins Four Global InfoSec Awards at RSAC 2026
ESET, a global cybersecurity company, announced that it has won four Global InfoSec Awards from Cyber Defense Magazine during the RSAC 2026 Conference in San Francisco. The awards recognise innovation and excellence in information security across multiple categories, including managed detection and response (MDR), AI-driven cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity training.
Awards Received by ESET
ESET received the following honours at the 2026 Global InfoSec Awards:
- Market Disruptor — Managed Detection and Response: ESET PROTECT MDR
- Publisher’s Choice — AI Cybersecurity: ESET
- Publisher’s Choice — Cybersecurity Training: ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training
- Publisher’s Choice — Threat Intelligence: ESET Cyber Threat Intelligence
The awards were presented on March 24, 2026, at the RSAC 2026 Conference, one of the world’s leading cybersecurity events.
Recognition for Innovation in Cybersecurity
According to Ryan Grant, the awards highlight the company’s focus on helping organisations detect cyber threats faster and respond more effectively. He noted that ESET’s solutions are designed to reduce response times, improve threat visibility using AI-powered tools, and train employees to recognise cyber threats before they occur.
One of the key award-winning solutions, ESET PROTECT MDR, combines AI-powered automation with expert human threat hunting and threat intelligence to deliver rapid threat detection and response. The solution provides 24/7 monitoring, tailored reporting, and an average detection and response time of approximately six minutes, helping organisations improve security operations and address the cybersecurity skills gap.
AI, Threat Intelligence, and Cybersecurity Training
ESET was also recognised for its work in artificial intelligence through its AI-powered tools, including the ESET AI Advisor, which is integrated into the ESET PROTECT XDR platform. The AI Advisor helps security analysts identify threats faster and respond more effectively by providing recommendations based on high-quality security data.
The ESET Cyber Threat Intelligence service was recognised for providing organisations with actionable intelligence to help them anticipate and prevent advanced cyber threats. The company has expanded its intelligence capabilities in recent years through new threat data feeds, advanced persistent threat (APT) reports, and eCrime reports focused on ransomware and information-stealing malware.
Meanwhile, ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training was recognised for helping employees develop practical skills to identify and respond to cyber threats. The training programme includes interactive learning methods such as role-playing, gamification, and phishing simulations to improve employee awareness and strengthen organisational security culture.
According to Gary S. Miliefsky, the award winners were selected based on their ability to anticipate future threats, provide cost-effective solutions, and deliver innovative approaches to reducing cyber risk.
Industry Recognition
The Global InfoSec Awards, now in their 13th year, recognise organisations that are driving innovation and advancing cybersecurity technologies worldwide. ESET’s multiple awards this year highlight its continued focus on AI-driven security, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity education as organisations face increasingly complex cyber threats.
