Use Local AI Models for Cloudless Intelligence
Wednesday, April 15, 2026
As data regulations tighten and SaaS pricing models become increasingly restrictive, many enterprises are looking for a more sovereign approach to artificial intelligence — one that provides greater control, privacy, and flexibility.
This session explores the emergence of transport-agnostic agents — intelligent systems that operate on an organization’s own infrastructure while seamlessly communicating across multiple platforms, including private web interfaces and corporate collaboration tools such as Teams. These systems allow organizations to maintain control over their data while still enabling powerful AI-driven communication and automation.
The session will also demonstrate how “Citizen Development” enables non-engineering leaders to build production-ready AI solutions quickly. In one example, a non-technical leader successfully built a complete voice processing pipeline in just a single afternoon using Claude.
Participants will learn how to separate the AI’s “brain” (the intelligence and decision-making models) from its “nervous system” (the communication channels and interfaces). This approach ensures that corporate AI systems remain private, portable, secure, and highly efficient.
