Aduro Clean Technologies Engages Water Tower Research for Investor Outreach

LONDON, Ontario, March 26, 2026 — Aduro Clean Technologies Inc., a clean technology company specializing in chemical recycling and resource transformation, has announced a new agreement with Water Tower Research LLC (WTR), an institutional research and investor engagement firm. The partnership is aimed at supporting Aduro’s growth strategy and increasing its visibility among institutional investors.

Under the agreement, Water Tower Research will provide research coverage and capital markets communication services for an initial six-month period starting April 1, 2026. The services will include the preparation and distribution of research reports and strategic communication content through WTR’s digital platforms and marketing channels.

In return for these services, Aduro will pay Water Tower Research a total fee of US$39,000 plus applicable taxes. The company also has the option to extend the agreement for an additional six-month period after August 31, 2026. If extended, the new term will begin on September 30, 2026, and will involve a service fee of US$48,000 plus applicable taxes.

Water Tower Research currently has no ownership interest in Aduro Clean Technologies. However, the firm may choose to acquire shares in the company in the future. The agreement does not include performance-based compensation or the issuance of any securities.

The collaboration is expected to improve awareness of Aduro’s technologies across the United States and international markets, particularly its innovations in plastic recycling, renewable fuels, and heavy oil upgrading.
